Done with the second window. And sprayed all the weed with round-up so I hope that will help. I'll see tomorrow. 

Tomorrow I'm going to tear down the balcony/deck.  It's rotten and dangerous and can't be there when I  put up the new facade. I will build a new deck, much bigger and nicer next spring.
