That special house

So, the perfect house then? To me there are a few things that has to be right, other than that I am pretty open to everything. I see possibilities in most places.
The first thing is location. I don't want to live in a city. Or even too close to other people. I want to live out in the country and that is not negotiable.
The second thing is the house, I want it to be an older house, not a new "box" house. If it's odd in any way it's even better, I love odd no matter if it's people, houses or things. If it's a newer house it has to be damn odd to be of interest to me.
Those are the two most important things for me when I look for a house. Well, of course, price is also important but that is a given lol.
Other than that I would love a house that is in need of renovation but not worse than it is possible to live there while it's being done. I want a sunny house with big windows and an open floor plan. Wooden floors. If it's close to a lake it's a big plus. I am going to look at a house on Thursday that actually meets all criteria except that I think it's a little pricey. But I will see how it is.
