Rock bottom

I am in Norway at the moment. It's work so no fun. I'm not alone, there is 3 other persons here also but right now I'm sitting in my hotel room all alone. I really feel alone too. I hate when that hits me. My self respect is at rock bottom too for reasons that I won't get in to here but if I don't make an effort to change that it will go very bad with me. I can feel it.
